Is this Text-Animation a pre-set or does anyone knows a tutorial for it?

Hello everyone,

I'm quite a noob with Ae, even that I've used it for several years for little effects. But now I have a specific text-animation I would like to use but I can't find a way to build it with online-tutorials.

So my question: is this text-animation (sec 08 - 13 or sec 21 - 29) a pre-set or is it possible to built in on my own? If anyone know a tutoria for this, I would be very happy about it.

it's not a ready made preset, but a quick search on goole you Self Resizing Box Titles will give you a lot of tutorial,

    Ja genau, dann finde ich irgend eine Textanimation. Damit ist mir leider nicht geholfen. Daher der explizite Verweis auf die gegebene Textanimation. Wenn man hierfür ein entsprechendes Video kennt, gerne her mit dem Link. Danke.
