Issue - Cannot Parent Camera to Null Object (camera control layer)

Hey everyone,

I am following a tutorial in hopes of creating a 3D Logo Intro. However, I am stuck when I am supposed to Parent/Pick Whip my Camera to my Null Object. There is no symbol for Parenting on my Camera Layer. Every other layer has the symbol. This is a very important part of the process. If anyone knows why I dont have the parenting symbol on my camera that would be helpful. I recall easily doing this in past projects no problem...
