Issue With Media Encoder

After typing CTRL + ALT + M, Media Encoder is opening but not showing anything(Ae project) in the queue. But after typing CTRL + M, from there if I click on Queue in ME, then Media Encoder is opening with the project but from there, dynamic link connection is not getting.
