Issue with the after effects preview

I have this issue where when I preview my edit there's some weird glitchy lines going on as you can see in the video and photo. I tried doing multiple fixes but nothing worked. I have ae 2022 version.

Hi Svlly,

Sorry about this. Is this standard footage or Long GOP VFR footage? If the latter, have you tried conforming your footage to an editing codec?

Hola que tal, al parecer esta grabado a 24 cuadros por segundo y eso genera esa linea. Quizas para tus proximos videos debas grabar a 60fps
