Issue with Window Minimization in After Effects

Hello community,

I'm encountering a problem with After Effects where I'm unable to minimize the window by clicking on the top bar. Clicking on the top bar doesn't initiate the usual window minimization like everybody do.

I'm using After Effects version 24.2 on windows 11. I've checked preferences and attempted various workspace and project resets, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or have suggestions on how to resolve this window management issue? Your insights would be greatly appreciated.
