Unlink the parenting from your camera.  Your Camera appear parented to your layers that spin.

Good use of GIF! thank you

Rendering happens from your Active (topmost) Camera.  Make sure you have the correct viewport selected in the Comp window.

The other views can help you align the layers in 3D space.

The "different camera" is just looking from the front view.

You can move your 3D camera layer around your scene in order to correct its orientation.

Try resetting your camera or adding a new one to replace the twisted one you have.

At the bottom of your Comp Window, make sure you have ACTIVE CAMERA selected as an option instead of "FRONT VIEW" when you're evaluating what your render will look like.

Try rotating your camera, rather than the layers individually.
