issues with bcc plug-in

hi,

i keep having a problem with the bcc plug -in. every time i try to install it, it seems like is working (everything is in the right folder etc) but when i open ae i cant find any bcc effect in the effects and presets list. ive tried deleting and installing the plug-in a few times (ive also tried different versions of it since im using ae22, but i later realized its not working in ae19 either). ive seen it's a common problem with this plug-in but i just can't find a solution.
