Issues with colour bleed in After Effects animation

So I'm just venturing into simple animations for work and I've got something I'm pretty happy with but... I'm getting colour bleeding near the edges of objects from lower layers.

As you can see here there's the white box underneath bleeding to the top and can be seen outlinging the pink. I've double checked position and size etc, they're identical (they are duplicated layers so that makes sense.)

Any idea what's casuing this or how to fix it?

It's normal antialiasing and it simply means your shapes are not positioned or sized at full pixel values, so the sub-sampling kicks in. Fix that and it should be fine. Anything else will require proper info and explanations. Cropped screenshots are more or less useless.
