Issues with subtitles and crop effects when importing Premiere project to After Effects

I'm a complete beginner to After Effects (just downloaded it) and I'm importing one of my Premiere Pro projects to After Effects as I've heard face tracking is better and easier. It's currently showing my subtitles and video crop effects in the wrong spots to how it is in Premiere. I can see the text from the original video (that I cropped over in PP for mine). Both apps are fully updated to 2025.

Did I do something wrong or is this normal behaviour? Again, completely new to After Effects, don't know much about it.
