Issues with warp stabilizer and rendering

Hello,

I've been having some issues that I can't seem to figure out what the issue is.
Firstly, I use AE mostly for making time lapses. When I import the pictures it makes a short time-lapse video that I use warp stabilizer to stabilize it.
I will then go to export that clip through media encoder. Once that is complete, I will delete the previous time-lapse from AE and put in another clip that I adjust to my liking. After this is when I usually have issues. The warp stabilizer will start and stabilize the footage partially and then get stuck. I will then have to exit completely out of the application, and go into task manager and remove the AE background process in order to open up AE again and have it work again. If I don't remove the background process and reopen AE, it will still not work.

Also, Media encoder gets stuck exporting a video as well, so I have to go through the same steps for it and can only export 1 video out at a time and then I have to restart it completely for another.

Sometimes I will set warp stabilizer to do its thing and go do something else else while its doing its thing and AE can completely freeze and be unresponsive, thought I should mention that.

My pc has 32gb of ram, I7-7700K CPU and my projects are on an SSD.

I used to never have that problem, and I even tried completely deleting all the adobe products and re-downloading different versions and it has not changed anything.
