it can’t render anything?

whenever i try to render anything, the render always fails after just a few seconds. it’s gotten so bad that i’ve had to ask other people to render my edit for me. i dont know why this is happening or how to fix it so please help.

im using after effects cc 2018

    Is it only this project that's giving you issues? If so, start eliminating variables.
    Try simplifying things to see if you can get a successful render with certain layers disabled (especially ones with resource-heavy effects).
    Try rendering an image sequence instead - that'll help you find the exact frame that's failing (if it's consistent) to help you isolate the issue.

    Maybe it has something to do with your hardware?  You haven't provided any information about your hardware, operating system, version of After Effects, etc., etc.   How do you expect anyone to be able to tell you anything?
