it's difficult to report a bug

There are so many obstacles to reporting bugs!

I found (another) after effects bug. How do I report it?

• I opened the help menu - unlike something like Blender there is no “Report A Bug” option. 
• I went to help->Provide Feedback - it goes to the forum, clicked Bug Reports, but there’s no obvious way to submit a bug report
• I asked the little chatbot, it told me to click a menu option that doesn’t exist and then glitched out

  

   

• I used the AI search tool and it gave me one broken link and one wrong link

  

  

   

• I followed the link “how to report a problem”, it’s outdated and tells you to click on a nonexistent button.
• finally I figured out you have to click CREATE A POST
• guess what it doesn’t create a post, first it does a search for the topic
• you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the irrelevant search results, and then guess what, you have to click AN INVISIBLE BUTTON. Clicking the words None of these match your issue (not a button!) makes the button visible

• 

  FINALLY i can start typing a bug report

• if you click what appears to be the “edit title” button (the little pencil by the title) it deletes all your progress, and returns you all the way to the start

  

   

It almost seems like you’re making it difficult to report bugs on purpose... 😔
