Just bought Creative Suite and After Effects will not download (Mac OS Catalina, Macbook Pro 2018)

Hello all

I have just bought Creative Suite and After Effects will not download (I have Mac OS Catalina, Macbook Pro 2018). Other than buy a new MacBook, is there any advice out there?

I'm not sure if I have to upgrade OS to Monterey (bear with me, I'm a bit behind on the tech here!)
Or can an older version of After Effects be downloaded to use?

It seems to be V24.0 that won't run - no problems really, I'm happy to use an older version.
