Just updated AE and all custom Output Moduels are gone

Is it normal for After Effects to delete all your custom Output Modules when it updates? If so, is it possible to save them before updating and then transfer them to the new version?

I feel like it's too late for me to do that this time but for future updates it'd be nice to not have to re-create all my custom Output Modules.

Thanks!

When updating Adobe apps from the Creative Cloud app make sure to verify that you have "impkrt preferences from previous version" enabled under the advanced settings.

Also a good idea to disable "remove previous versions" and manually uninstall only once you're sure you won't need anything from the oreviopr versions. Unfortunately this is turned on by default so you'll have to check every time you update any app.

D'oh! I guess I didn't check the "import preferences" options. Thanks, I'll have to remember that

    DParsons,

What kind of formats were you using with these output modules?

    Thanks,

    Kevin
