Just updated to the latest 2023 version, but keep crashing

Question

I just updated my After Effect to the latest 2023 version , so dissapointed to it.

The software closed automaticly whenever i use the rotobrush2.0. No problem with the 1.0 version of rotobrush.

Pick the footage and use rotobrush select the object, but when press space, play or move the timeline, ae shut itself/crash immedietly. (When using rotobrush2.0)
Tried reinstalling the program , even on diffrent device also can't solve the problem

Without any system info this is not particularly useful. That said, of course the most likely cause are issues with hardware acceleration, so check these settings in the preferences and update your graphics driver. Other than that consider converting your footage to a format that is not using hardware accelerated decoding like an image sequence and see if it works.
