Keyboard shortcut not working

The ctrl+alt+arrow up/down shortcut suddenly stopped working... My after effects is updated to the lastest version and I have tried resetting prefrences. None have fixed the issue.

Without any system info we can't tell you much. Could well be that this is utterly unrelated to AE and something outside AE is simply "stealing" those inputs.

I have a HP laptop running windows 10. I'm sorry I'm not used to this laptop, so I am not sure what other system info to provide
