Keyboard shortcuts in After Effects for Macbook Pro

I am not able to find a list of Commands that I can refer to for a MacBook Pro using After Effects (2021). I must have had one once upon a time, but now need a refresher set. Not having a numeric Keyboard, I need to do things like: advance (or go back) one frame at a time, etc., etc.

I guess.

I did scroll down and find the Time commands that are of most interest to me. Looks like, form this list anyway, I have a bit of work cut out for me, if I want to make a Mac-centric list... and one that is specific to my needs. I was hoping there was that list already made for just the MacBook. If anyone does have one, I would still appreciate it. But, yes, this does have the commands I was looking for.
