Keyframes are invisible after a determined point of timeline?

my guess is that you have passed the 3 hour limit for a layer, then the keyframes would not be visible. it's a UI limitation/bug

There is a limit to the keyframes shown in the timeline and this limit is set in the Preferences. The default setting for displaying keyframes is 5 seconds. So ... it looks like you still have the default set. Take a look at the screen grab below to see my setting - apply the same setting and you will no longer have disappearing keyframes.
