Keyframes stretched after copying and pasting

When copying and pasting keyframes in After Effects, for some layers the pasted keyframes appear stretched or out of sync with the original timing.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
- Create an animation with keyframes on a layer.
- Select the keyframes and copy them (Ctrl+C).
- Move the playhead to a new position on the timeline, select a different layer, and paste the keyframes (Ctrl+V).
- Observe that the pasted keyframes are stretched or spaced differently from the original keyframes.
Expected result:
The pasted keyframes should retain the exact timing and spacing as the original keyframes.
Actual result:
The keyframes are stretched, altering the animation timing.
Additional information:
The issue only occurs on some compositions.
The issue only occurs when copying keyframes from one layer to another.

After Effects version: 24.6.1 (Build 2)
