Keyframing on multiple layer makes multiple histories and it's too hard to revert.

According to my memory, keyframing (or pasting properties) on multiple selected layers used to make a single step of history. But after an update (v24? I don't know exactly), this kind of operation makes the same amount of steps as the number of selected layers.

For example, pressing Alt+T to make keyframe to 100 selected layer produces 100 steps of history, which makes very hard(or impossible when history steps reached its limit) to revert.

Is there an option to control this behavior?
