Keylight: Get Rid of Green Reflection

I'm compositing some green screen footage and my subject wore shiny black glasses which reflect the green screen in the sides. I'm trying to figure out the best way to get rid of this hole in his face without sacrificing the whole key. My best idea so far has been to mask just his face and key that differently than the rest of his body, but there's still a bit of a hole. Is there a particular effect or trick in after effects designed to take care of this kind of issue?

You wouldn't key the reflection, you just shift the color and brightness until they're barely noticeable. Don't bother with multiple instances of Meyers. This will only mess up transparency. Create the basic outside keying, pre-compose, track the masks in the parent comps and use them to control a color correction with Hue/Saturation or Lumetri or recolor it with Colorama.

Why wouldn't you just use a color correction? Otherwise the best strategy might be to just use masks and mask tracking, either in AE itself or mocha.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "just use a color correction" can you specify? I am using Advanced Spill Suppressor to get the green out and rn I'm doing a mask over the affected area, but anything less labor intensive would be great lol.
