Lag advice needed

Hi,

Made a project with around 100 objects moving, with (shadow, wiggle, lightkey green screen clips moving with objects) effects - it's battle maps. Now naturally, there is no way for me to preview further updates that I'm making. Preview is near dead. And I am new to After Effect.

My PC system:

Ryzen 3950X

4070Ti 

64GB RAM (albeit I plugged in a bit slower 32G RAM which de-clocked the whole RAM setup)

Nvme SSDs

So my question is, having burdened the project as much with everything, how am I supposed to now tweak things and not wait for 10 hours for the video to export, to see what I've done? Turning off effects one by one is an option I imagine, but having so many objects, it's a bit time consuming. Is there a better way?

Particularily, because now I have to add the heaviest effect, a number counter of army numbers that dynamically move with the armies. There is just no chance I can add and preview that on top of having all the other effects running.
