Dears,

The copy I use is Adobe After Effects CC 2017 v14.2.0.198

The error says:

After effects error : crash in progress. Last logged message was

5660

syncservice<1> sync error : setCredentials2

I'm using win7 sp1

I've update it and I restart and even reinstalled the program and tried hard ?

Start by disabling your Library and sync functions in the main Creative Cloud app and see if that works. After that verify your Adobe ID, check your network settings, make sure that stuff doesn't get blocked by security tools and selectively re-enable those things until everything works.
