Layer Glitch / Disappear After Rendering!!!!

Upon rendering, my layer glitches and disappears for 6 frames, then goes back to normal. It is fine in the timeline and in playback. I tried clearing my cache and disk, and the problem remains. There are no changes in opacity or scale. PLEASE help, I've tried everything that I know.
