Layer name appear on Timeline Bar in After Effects

I want the Layer name to appear on the Timeline Bar to see the Layer name quickly as I'm working on more than 100 layers in a composition.

Is there a script to do that?

idk it's called Timeline Bar. (coloured bars on the Right side)

Apparently it's too much of a chore for you to simply highlight a desired layer and then look at the left side of the comp.

You would have to add markers and use the marker comment function for this. I'm not aware that there would be a pre-existing script, but it should not be too difficult to create by modifying some existing script that uses similar functionality.
