layering 2 glow layers on top of each other with screen blending mode causes an inverted look

im trying to layer a lens flare layer (comped) on top of an optical glow layer (also inside a comp)
i get this effect whenever i try to use "screen" blending mode.

That happens when you're blowing out the values in 32 bpc mode. Try 16bpc or tweak the settings for the glows and/or configure your color management correctly so the values don't get clipped.
