Layers from .aep not retaining scale when rendering in ME

I am new to After Effects, so please bear with me.

I am working on a project, and in AE, there is a layer (a .png) that I have scaled to ~71%. When I add that .aep file to the render queue in Media Encoder (which I have never used before this evening), everything in my comp looks like it should except for that image, which is oddly much smaller than it is in AE.

What am I missing?

Right is the image in AE, left is how it renders in ME. 😞

check your video settings in AME make sure it's match source. you probably should read here about rendering and exporting from Ae. Basics of rendering and exporting in After Effects CC

My video settings in AME are indeed set to match source. I also ran through the basics of rendering, but this doesn't seem to come up, unless I missed it..
