i recently paid for the monthly membership so that i can use the full version and the license agreement keeps popping up ? why?

    Click the Adobe logo at the upper left of this page or go to you account page.  Look for the section that says "support", find the icon of the headset where it says "contact us" and follow the prompts. When you are given a choice between "User Forums",  "Chat" & "Telephone"...don't choose user forums.
