i didn't set the creative cloud language in Chinese Simplified

I can't even read Chinese Simplified After Effects​

    Hi cheuk%20yiuw9260378,

    You'll need to switch your OS to Simplified Chinese as the Traditional Chinese language OS is not supported. Hope that makes sense.

    Hi Kevin

    I'm having the same problem. I never set the language to Simplified Chinese and I thought I was paying for an English version. Now I'm unable to open After Effects and wondering if I need to purchase again? Thanks a lot!
