Line between a Tracking Point and a fix point

Hello,

how to draw a line in AE 2020 between a point I track in a video and a fixed point on screen?

Effects --> Generate --> Beam. Just connect the point controls with a pickwhip expression or copy&paste the keyframe data from the track.

    And if I needed any other kind of path than a line, could I do that?

    That will be more complicated, but without knowing what style and shape exactly you need nobody can advise. The only thing that seems certain is that any more complicated shapes will at least involve some "targeting" expression and potentially the shape element requiring to be pre-composed so they can be transformed as a single entity.
