Line from left to right

How can I make a line that goes from left to right in one second (animation)? And than from the line should come out the heading (from the line up and down)

    A million ways from simply moving a thin solid to animating a stroke on a shape layer and several other solutions inbetween. A simple web search can turn up masses of tutorials and, no offense, since you clearly haven't bothered to study even the basics, it might not hurt to begin reading the help.
