Line Shape not aligning to ellipse shape

Hi forum.

 

I have added an ellipse shape on the canvas, and aligned it to the centre. I also added the grid and guides, but it doesn't seems perfect on the canvas, when I added the guide lines. The pivot point can be seen located further up.

 

I also made a line which I aligned centre of the canvas, but it seems going towards the left rather than aligning perfectly to the ellipse shape. How can I make it 100% centred to the ellipse?

Nothing wrong. the info is even visible in your screenshot - the group transform center is not zeroed out. You need to read up on this shape layer stuff. It works different from regular layers like solids.
