Linking AE file to PR, crashes after updating to newer verison

So i started with a new sequence in PR, the next day i tried opening PR, the AE file is stuck and not loading until i open the AE, I never had this issue with past versions, please fix this, my projects are big, i have to create different AE files for DIfferent parts, Now i have render in ME and bring it to PR and then join it.
