Linking to Cinema Lite in Ae vrs 23

We have an Adobe contract. One machine is limited to WIndows 10 and will be upgraded when possible. We are running AE vrs 23. However we have lost the link to Cinema 4D lite. We have also installed AE vrs 22 however the problem remains. Creative cloud no longer offers an add to option. Is there anyway of being able to use Cinema Lite as a 3D renderer again?

I shall check with Admin but I would think it's a cloud issue as there is no add-on facility anymore.
