If I want to test a work, is it possible to lock the existing keyframes (KF) and add new temporary KFs with different color?

    Hi Maha,

Thanks for reaching out. After Effects doesn't have the functionality to lock the keyframes. As a workaround, you can duplicate the layer by pressing Ctrl/CMD + D and try the new keyframes.

Hope it helps. Let me know if there are any other questions.

    Thanks,

    Nishu
