Hi. 

i recently bought a personal subscribtion after my school one ended, but this message won't go away.

The program forcefully closes regardless of which option I click

Did you sign out of that account and sign in to the new account?
Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
