Looking for Effects & Presets

I am looking for a effect & preset which can give following vibration effect to a image. You can notice ruler is fixed & vibrating. I tried with “Wiggle” but not satisfied.  Video also attached.

    I think I’d do this by fading the wiggle.   You can use sliders to add keyframe’s for frequency and amplitude then pickwhip the wiggle values to these.  I made a video ages ago showing how.

    I can get this effect with Slant Effects & Presets, and with manipulating value graph, but exactly same effect can be achieved if there is a exact Effects & Presets. Video is attached.

    I want image vibration eventually should die. Like in the  following curve. Is there effect like this?

    Using the CC Force Motion Blur with the animation similar to yours gave me this (attached GIF) result.
