Looking for help with creating a face-paste(d) video

I have a video meme idea that I would like to create: essentially, it is a 15 second clip with faces (picture faces is fine) pasted over the heads of characters in the video.  My expertise with this software is summed up as follows: while working in a call center 10 years ago, I spent a considerable amount of time creating bad artwork in Microsoft Paint.  I have no idea what I am doing and I would actually much rather have someone create the video for me (if any of you are interested, I would love to have a conversation about it) but finding someone to create it is proving to be difficult -- the one guy I did find wants to charge me 300 Euros (I assume he would have it done within an hour; and thus offered him 10 Euros; he has not responded :)).  In lieu of doing it the easy way and having a qualified individual create it, I am willing to flail about in an effort to create it myself; however, I have failed thus far and am all out of ideas (not terrible far from these people https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lOTyUfOHgas).  Can any of you explain (in terribly specific detail) how to do this?

A 15-second sequence with multiple characters could easily take a day or two to do, or it could be done in an hour or two. It all depends on how the video was shot and how the actors were staged or blocked.

Mocha AE would probably be used for tracking the faces. I'd have to see the shot to know for sure. The price you offered might be accepted by an enthusiast with lots of spare time but a Pro would want at least an hour at full studio rates. I once spent 4 months working on just a little over 45 seconds of video. The workload depends entirely on the shot.

It is a South Park scene (from a SP video game): https://youtu.be/PTmmXC4fd-Y?t=533

(I was wrong about the 15 seconds; it is actually exactly 20 seconds, ending at t=553.)

I was (also) wrong about the difficulty as part of the meme is pasting a face over the bats face, which likely requires some effort; however, the pasted face doesn't need to react much; and given that it is a meme, it can be choppy (i.e., switching from one expression to a wildly different expression in one frame.)  Otherwise, I assume it is a relatively simple task to paste the faces over the other 10 (ish) characters -- in fact, the expression on the faces of the other characters does not have to change at all; they merely have to track.  (For clarification: you would not need to paste a face over the bats face once it flies out.)

What do you think?  Would it be easy to do?  Are you willing to do it?  Do we discuss payment here or pm?

I don't understand.  Apparently, based on what you've written you already know how difficyult it will be and how much time it should take.  If that's treu then you must know how to do it yourself.  Otherwise why would you have any clue about about how much work or time is required?  So why not just do it yourself.  After all...you used Microsoft Paint 10 years ago so...you've got a head start.  LOL
