Loop text animation for the range selector?

This probably have a YouTube video explaining it but I cant find it.

I have a text that I want to animate, to be scaled up to 120 then down to 100 and to be fade in from 0 to 100

I want to do this to a paragraph but what I want is to get the animation to happend each time the range selector add another word, I wan't the animation to happen to that new word

Like, I want the animation to happened to each word when it's turn comes.
