Low memory warning

I always run out of RAM while rotoscoping in After Effects. I'm having 13th gen Intel i7 HX processor with 1TB SSD, 16GB RAM and 6GB RTX 4050 GPU. I tried everything from cleaning cache to allocating maximum RAM. Why I'm facing this? Somebody help me out please.
