Low memory warning in after effects

Hi all,

I'm experiencing a low memory warning in several after effects versions. I got a total of 32gb ram, in preferences I've set ram usage for other applications as low as possible, yet I still get the warning while the task manager is reporting that after effects only uses 1.4 GB of ram. I'm using red giant trapcode form and particular in some heavy loads (60.000 particles in particular) yet it's not even close to utilizing my full system. I've tried versions 23.3 22.6.4 and 22.6 yet all these versions keep giving me the same error.

I'm previewing at a quarter resolution, yet it only keeps previewing 5 frames. The resolution of my comp is 6656x1920.

Are there any quick fixes as I need to deliver this specific project to my client in 4 days as of writing this post? Any help is appreciated.
