Lumetri Color doesn't exist

Hello ib my AE lumetri color is doesn't exist in color balance, I don't know why, how can I fix it?

Effects/Color/Lumetri should show up in the menu. You should also be able to search for Lumetri in the Effects and Presets panel. If it is not there, uninstall AE and install again using the Creative Cloud app.

Your post doesn't make any sense. You have not provided any system information or what version of AE you are referring to nor actually explained what goes wrong when you are trying to use Lumetri. You need to do better and be more specific.
