Lumetri Color doesn't work on AE 22.5.0 (build 53)

Hey guys. Everything was smooth on the previous version, but once I upgraded to the 22.5.0 version, Lumetri Color just stopped working. It doesn't affect anything, whatever slider I move. Other effects like Brightness and Contrast work fine on the same clip, the effect is turned on on the timeline. I've tried to change project depth, color space, rendering method (Software, CUDA, OpenCL) - nothing worked. I tried mov, mp4, braw - same result. The adjustment layer doesn't work with Lumetri as well. Please see the screencast attached. Any ideas on how to fix that? Thanks.
P.S. Sometimes it freezes my PC or gives the "GPU is out of memory" message, which is definitely not the case.
My system is
i7-8700 CPU 3.20GHz (12 core, I guess)
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti (GDDR6, 6GB)
