Lumetri Color - Fails Export

Running the Apple M2 Max
After Effects Version 23.6.0

Trying to export a clip with/ Lumetri color crashes or fails every time.  When restarting AE there is a prompt suggesting Lumetri Color is what crashed and to disable the effect. I have coloring nested into a few spots and need to export from AE otherwise would bring it into premiere. 

Have tested 3 older versions of AE and AME but nothing seems to work.
