Lumetri Scopes Display error - AE CC 2019

The Lumetri Scopes are not displaying correctly in After Effects CC 2019 (v16.0.0 (Build 235)). I included screen grabs for comparison. Lumetri Scopes displays normally in AE CC (v15.1.2 (Build 69). However in AE CC 2019, the lumetri Scopes are "zoomed in" and the entire scope can not bee viewed - even when resizing and selecting different scopes, they stay "zoomed in". I included a full screen shot of the parade wave form to show the extent of the "zoomed in-ness". The blue wave form is completely missing.

How do I get the Lumetri Scopes to display normally, as they do in the previous build of AE?

Please advise.

Abnormal Lumetri scopes display in After Effects CC 2019 (v16.0.0 (Build 235)

Level of "zoomed in-ness". Zoom is fixed. Adjusting panel size has no effect.

Normal Lumetri scopes display in AE CC (v15.1.2 (Build 69). All scopes automatically resize to fit the panel size.
