M1 extremely slow

Is it just me? I saw so many Youtubers reviewing After Effects, Premiere and the fast rendering times etc. but on my side it is absolutely frustrating.

I try to export a project: 5 seconds length, 4k, no sound, 24fps and it takes about 40 minutes to render? in H264? MP4?

I use the latest AE beta

MacMini M1 16GB Ram

MErcury Playback Engine GPU Accel. or Software makes no difference.
