Mac Menu Bar disappears whenever I am on after effects

Question

I am curently using a Mac, whenever I open After Effects(2024), the Menu Bar at the top disappears.

The menu bar comes back when I click on other softwares or even the desktop, but quickly disappears when I go back to after effects, which is troublesome since I want to go to the Windows, Effects, and other tabs only available on the Menu Bar.

Is there a way to fix this problem?

Thanks for reaching out, 靖子50171808.

Try this:

1. Go to System Settings on your Mac and choose Control Centre.

2. Scroll down and check which option is selected in the "Automatically hide and show the menu bar" drop-down. Mine is set to "In Full Screen Only" and it works as it should.
