Mac mini m4 slow cpu/GPU usage

Mac mini m4 not utilise cpu/GPU in after effects/premere pro its showing only 10% of cpu during the software usage which slows down my overall experience.

The use of resources depends on the project you're working on. If you're using some GPU-accelerated effects in After Effects or Premiere Pro, you'll see a lot of GPU being used but not the CPU. The same goes for CPU and Memory as well. Is there a specific issue you're facing? Let us know more details about it. Feel free to share screen recordings to help us understand the issue better.

Hello I am using after effect in my mac mini m4. During the rendering
process I unable to see aftereffect is not utilizing system properly. It
just uses 10-15% of cpu. So my 70-80% system is in idle state.Because of
this I'm not able to render my project faster Is there any solution for
this?
