Mac Sonoma + AE 24.0

I'm beyond my wit's end, here. I have even gone into every single AE file on my computer and changed the permissions - because that's what every "solution" has reocmmended - and AE (by some miracle) opened once and is now back to not launching again. I keep getting this pop-up before it shuts itself down. How has this not been fixed?
