Macbook M3 pro is slow with After Effects

I updatetd my mac with the last MacOs Sequoia 15.0.1 (24A348) and i have some issues with preview and common crashes, i don't know if i should do a downgrade of the mac os or change in an after effects different version that is more stable.

P.S. 

i have 36gb of ram so no problems on that i think.
